About the Event

In this one day program we naturally will cover the pathophysiology of the most common reasons why people get lower leg ulceration, we will also discuss the various management pathways and then give you a quick glimpse into the other lesser known reasons for ulceration and what you should do if you think you are seeing one of these. This is again another full day so we do not take you physically through bandaging but we do discuss principles and our trade display will help give you an understanding of the various forms of compression therapy available. This day is particularly important for nurses working in community settings and private home nursing services—servicing home care packages and seeing clients with leg wounds and not knowing how best to manage!!
