Time & Location
About the Event
All wounds commence as an acute injury-so what turns an acute wound into a chronic wound—what are the definitions of these two wound classifications and what are the differences in care management. If managed well then acute wounds include skin tears, surgical wounds, skin grafts, donor sites and superficial partial thickness burns and the management of these wound types will be discussed at this training day. We also encourage you to bring along images of your complex wounds for discussion. 6 CPD POINTS.
